Everything You Need To Know

Starting from scratch with a brand-new dentist can feel overwhelming. From financial questions to finding parking to deciding if you even like the team, there are lots of unknowns. On top of that, you might have dental anxiety, which can make the process even harder.

How To Prepare

To reserve an appointment with us, simply call one of our two offices or book online.
Insurance Information
We are an unrestricted provider and will see patients with any dental benefit plan. Our patient care coordinators will submit to your dental benefit company in order to get the maximum dental benefit possible.
We are not under contract with any dental insurance provider, which may affect how your dental benefits are reimbursed. We choose not to be under contract with dental benefit companies so that we can give you the treatment you need and deserve without a distant corporation trying to dictate your care.
Please note: We are not able to accept dental reimbursements from state benefit plans such as BadgerCare.
Financing Options
We happily partner with CareCredit to provide interest-free financing and longer-term payment plans. Call our Patient Care Coordinators or visit CareCredit to apply or find out more.
- Your new patient forms (if you’ve filled them out beforehand. You can also fill them out when you get here, just arrive a little earlier)
- Your license and dental insurance card (if you have one)
- A list of any medications you’re currently taking

On The Day Of Your First Visit

When you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by the friendly faces at our front desk. They’ll get you checked in and organize any forms that need to be filled in.

After that, you can relax in our comfortable and tranquil waiting room or freshen up at our tooth-brushing station.

Your hygienist for the day will come to collect you. They’ll take you to one of our rooms and have a chat to get to know you and your goals for your smile and health.

Then, we’ll take some X-rays and panoramic scans before doing a gentle yet thorough examination of your smile. That will give us all the information we need to draw up a personalized treatment plan for you if any issues need addressing.

We’ll end with a gentle cleaning so that you can leave with a fresh, sparkling smile, ready to face the rest of your day.
