  • As of now, YES! We are currently accepting new patients of any age. You can call our New Patient Concierge Cassandra in Horicon at 920.485.4831 or our New Patient Concierge Linda in Beaver Dam at 920.887.1292 to find out more.

    Your first visit with us will be a comprehensive oral and radiographic examination with one of our doctors. After your customized care plan is determined, then we will schedule you with one of our amazing hygienists.

  • Yes*! We are an unrestricted provider and will see patients with any dental benefit plan. Our patient care coordinators will submit to your dental benefit company in order to get the maximum dental benefit possible. We are not under contract with any dental benefit company which may affect how your dental benefit reimburses. We choose not to be under contract with the dental benefit companies so that we are allowed to give you the treatment you need and deserve without a distant corporation trying to dictate your care.     *We are not able to accept dental reimbursements from state benefit plans such as BadgerCare.

  • Yes! You do not have to choose one location. You are free to set appointments at either Horicon or Beaver Dam depending on what works for you. All of our doctors and care teams rotate between the two locations.

  • Does your child have teeth? If so, bring them in! Our doctors are trained to do early childhood exams. These exams are usually quick, easy, and fun to help gain your child’s trust. Studies show that children who see a dentist at a young age typically have less dental problems and are more comfortable receiving care in a dental office.

  • Yes! We offer nitrous oxide sedation for children and adults to help with anxiety. This type of “sedation” allows the patient to drive to and from the appointment and not disrupt their day. In addition, we can provide other oral medications if needed to aid in patient comfort. However, this may require a driver to and from the appointment.

    We also have iPads for children (or adults!) that need a little extra distraction.

  • Probably not! We provide a broad range of treatments in-house, including oral surgery, dental implants, Invisalign, Botox, TMJ care, pediatrics, root canal therapy, and more!

    If your treatment does require something we cannot provide at PDP, we will refer you to one of our trusted specialist partners throughout the area.
